Change your life with ViSalus

Throughout my fitness journey I have gone through many different supplements.  When I first began over a year ago one of my major first goals was to lose weight, burn fat and drop the “beer gut” I earned throughout college.  After a great deal of product comparison and research I decided on a meal replacement product by ViSalus.  It wasn’t Hulk Hogan that sold me on ViSalus but it was the complete package, from taste to ingredients to reputation and previous success.  I actually knew a few individuals at my gym at the time who were using ViSalus as well so I had real-life examples and feedback, not just online comments.

The breakdown above is just a simple display of the major packages. I went with the Shape Kit and replaces Breakfast and Lunch with ViSalus.  I found this to be the best approach for my goals, especially since it allowed me to make a simple lunch at work while living the cubicle lifestyle.  In addition to these packages ViSalus has numerous snack options and various package sizes to fit all your goals and needs.  It becomes amazing when you see the comparison of what you actually “get” from ViSalus compared to what you would have to intake to equal it through other means.

The most common approach is a 90-day challenge.  I say most common because in reality you do not have to do a 90 day challenge and I know other users who replace one meal, skip days, etc.  I did a strict 90 day challenge, but continues ViSalus as a regular meal without the challenge for about another 4 months before stopping for a bit.  At the moment, I use ViSalus when I am in a time crunch, or for example, while I was recovering from LASIK I went back on ViSalus to contain my calorie intake since I couldn’t go to the gym.
