Well, looks like I did not hold myself accountable on this blog whatsoever.  With 2013 approaching I am convincing myself to truly pursue this blog.  I hope to write multiple times a week and include all sorts of information that all of us with degrees and debt can utilize.  Below is my most updated financial situation as this is one of the major reasons I am writing this blog.

Amount $ Interest % Change $ Change %
Student Loan 1 18,345.00 6.65 Deferred 09/01/13
Student Loan 2 34,547.93 6.55 Deferred 3/20/2014
Student Loan 3 18,314.00 3.25v
Student Loan 4 15,967.00 3.25m
Student Loan 5 18,126.00 8.89
CC 4,396 0% Promo
Mortgage 139,473 3.75
Total 249,168.00

I am still working out a way to properly account for and display various revenue streams (including expenses) but below is the beginning of what I would like to track and write about.

These are some of my side gigs that I work on outside of my 9-5er and school

Revenue $ Expenses $
It’s All Tech $0 $0
Real Estate  $0 $0
ViSalus Promoter $0 $0
DandD $0 $0
Other* $0 $0

*Explained separately.

One of my goal is to increase my revenue month after month.  I run this blog, It’s All Tech with a partner and another blog as well.  I would like to see all the revenue streams from all three increase .  This blog will be a learn as I go process but I hope to develop a consist readership with many guest and featured writers from all aspects.
